Do you charge for your placement services?

No. Placement guidance is completely free for families.

Which areas do you serve?

We proudly serve families across Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, and Prince George’s Counties, and Northern Virginia.

Do you only work with assisted living communities?

No. We also help families explore Home Care, Independent Living, Memory Care, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing options.

Can you help if we’re not sure what type of care is needed?

Yes. We’ll learn about your loved one’s health, lifestyle, and goals to recommend the best care options.

How quickly can placement happen?

Some families move within days; others take a few weeks. We move at your pace, never rushed.

Do you help with home care services?

Yes. We connect families with reliable, compassionate in-home care providers that promote independence and safety.

Can you assist if my loved one is in the hospital?

Absolutely. We coordinate safe discharge plans and next-step care options such as rehab or assisted living.

Do you offer post-placement support?

What is pharmacist-led medication consulting?

It’s a professional service where our licensed pharmacists review your medications for safety, accuracy, and clarity, helping you avoid interactions, duplications, and confusion.

Do you prescribe or change medications?

No. We don’t prescribe or adjust medications. We provide education and guidance that you can review with your healthcare provider.

Do you help with refills or organization?

Yes. We can assist families in coordinating refills, setting up easy-to-follow schedules, and maintaining up-to-date medication lists.

Do you assist with VA benefits?

We do not complete or submit VA applications, but we can help families understand available programs, like VA Aid & Attendance, and connect you with accredited resources that can assist with the application process.
